Our 18x12 Stable can easily be made into a Mobile Stable but adding skids. The Stable comes with the bottom stable door, which includes a metal chew strip on the top of the door, a top bolt, and a kick-over latch.

In the options on this product please select if you require - 

1. Skids - This creates a mobile building allowing it to be towed in a field
2. Metal Trims - Adds the Metal barge boards to the roof, and metal flashing on the sides of the building
3. Kickboards - for added protection inside your building
